The Windsor EV plant is the NextStar Energy plant, Canada's first large-scale EV battery production plant, with full-scale battery cell and module production slated to produce 49.5 gigawatt hours (GWh) of batteries annually, supporting Stellantis's transition to 100% electric vehicle sales. At full capacity, the facility will be manufacturing 450,000 batteries/yr. to supply North American assembly plants.

The Eglinton Crosstown Light Rail Transit (ECLRT) project is a rapid transit line between Kennedy Station in the east and Mount Dennis Station in the west. The ECLRT project integrated as part of Toronto’s transit system, has 25 stations and stops that will link to over 50 bus routes, three existing subway stations and various GO Transit lines.
