He has successfully led all phases of project delivery, from appointing and managing architects, engineers, and contractors to monitoring design development, cost planning, value engineering, and construction execution. His experience includes luxury residential projects (villas and housing developments) where he coordinated multiple stakeholders, oversaw budget and schedule control, and ensured strict adherence to local codes, permits, and safety regulations. Hansie is adept at reviewing contractor progress reports, invoices, and variation claims, preparing detailed client reports, and ensuring transparent communication across all parties. He regularly conducts site inspections and progress meetings, proactively identifying risks and implementing solutions to keep projects on track.

With a strong technical foundation as a licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng) and extensive project management experience, Hansie combines technical expertise with leadership and negotiation skills, making him well-suited to manage high-value residential developments.
